Richard Breden

Director @ Flare HR

Richard has enjoyed a diverse business ownership and executive management career spanning enterprise software, law, consulting and hospitality, from start-ups to senior corporate roles and voluntary positions. This practical experience is supported with management theory through a Masters of Business Administration.

Richard has held Partnership roles in workplace law, founded two HR tech businesses, the most recent enableHR, a leading HRIS platform across Australia and New Zealand, and is currently Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships at FlareHR, helping disrupt the HR tech industry…again!
