Michael is a respected software testing consultant, published author and entrepreneur. Put simply, he ensures that software selection, development, upgrading and maintenance all go smoothly……he is the closest you will get to an insurance policy for on time and on budget software delivery!

With a combination of business and IT skills which give Michael a unique view of business, he has witnessed the dramatic transformation of the IT industry over the past 14 years having worked with local and international software vendors for clients such as Telstra, Optus (Telecommunications) and National Australia Bank (Bank/Financial Services).

His expertise as a software testing consultant has helped deliver key strategic business initiatives in the areas of product innovation, federal government compliance and business transformation to name a few. While at Optus, his specific involvement with the iPhone 1 launch helped successfully integrate the billing, sales and network platforms in one third of the usual time, helping the business meet unprecedented demand for the product.

Michael is passionate about the critical role that software testing plays in the risk mitigation of software delivery to deliver customer satisfaction, loyalty and profit through innovation. He is driven to work with businesses who are using software to succeed in the competitive global market.

Michael resides in Sydney, Australia and his second favourite passion behind software testing is his beloved Lindfield Rugby Club. His recent introduction to golf has setup a new passion post his rugby playing days…
